I love that Target lady to, she is funny. So you don't have to enter me in your giveaway because this is not a tradition but when I read your post I thought of all the crazy gifts we used to get from Grandma & Grandpa Clegg. I was trying to explain the crazy things to someone the other day and I don't think they thought it was as funny as I do, but I know you know what I mean. Love ya and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I don't remember that commercial, but she is pretty funny. I love Target! A holiday tradition that we grew up with was opening one present on Christmas Eve. Now I'm going to continue that tradition with my little guy! :)

On Christmas Eve we often went sleigh riding on the "Sugarhouse Hill". It was soooo fun and soooo cold, but really stands out in my mind. If Hillary thinks SHE got crazy gifts from G&G Clegg, she should have been in our house on Christmas mornings!!!! They had a lot of years practicing on us before they had grandkids.

I am all geared up for Black Friday and for the life of me have no clue Why?!?!? The tradition we have in our family was the mad Eve dash to do the shopping and getting everything wrapped. About May my mom would find a present that had been pushed aside and never wrapped. Plus you have the added suspense of "Are they going to get their gift or someone else's?"
And yes...I continue it to this day with my kids!
