ARGHHH!!!!!!
Seriously, why does life keep handing me shit on a silver platter? I am getting so frustrated with watching other parents get handed these healthy babies to go home and live a fantastic life while those of us with broken kids never seem to get a break. What gives? My hubby says that maybe we are dealing with all the crap we have to early with our kiddos and others will deal with drugs and teen pregnancies etc... Who knows if that will prove true. Do parents of healthy kids that never have to do more than visit the peds office here and there understand what other parents who have to visit specialists on a regular basis go through or even think twice about how good they have it?? I think I'm a good person but learning that my baby is heading back to the OR this Monday really pisses me off. I'm obviously venting so if my post offends you, I can't really care right now. Hopefully something good will find it's way into our house to make up for all my broken kids and the hours I spend driving and waiting at doctors offices, hospitals, therapy clinics, special school classes etc... My kids never go to the park, we don't have time so don't ask me if a playdate would help. Nor ask me if meals being brought in would help either because I still have to slave in the kitchen to cook for G. And, don't ask if you can watch my kids because unless you know what Autism is or how it governs your life, you'll sink at my house. Keep your fingers crossed that baby R will see the last of the OR for her hips on Monday!!!!! I'll find a smile today....maybe, after I play demolition derby with something, I don't know what yet but I'll figure it out.

You should call me.

Oh sweetie, I'm sorry! What an awful ordeal, first with the surgery and then more. I would come babysit your kids in a heartbeat! I've been thinking about you and now come and read these last two posts.
UGH! Heather!! I am SO SORRY!!! This is SO UNFAIR! I never understand why some people have it so easy while others clearly don't. I wish I had words of comfort for you. I will be thinking of you and sweet little R and keeping you both in my prayers.
