G was really into Halloween this year, he especially loved a science experiment at school that involved guessing if a pumpkin would sink or float. G came home and wanted to draw his own scary face on his pumpkin and then asked me if we could see if it would sink or float, maybe next time G:).

G's finished product! He was so excited with how scary it turned out. Mr. D did the one on the right.

Little R wanted a happy face, she chose a template we had and then I carved hers, Baby R's (which you can't see but it has 6 teeth just like her), and mine with the cat.

The most stinkin' cute kids in the world (I'm biased)! We had Cinderella, Bumblebee (of course) and an X-ray! G thought the skeleton costume he saw in a catalog awhile back was an x-ray because of all of Baby R's that I bring home to show and tell. It was so cute that we made Baby R into just that, an X-ray.
Our ward did a Halloween Carnival on Saturday night which was a lot of fun. We ate chili, did a cake walk, played games where Little R won a bracelet and G, who played musical chairs won walkie-talkies. We left the Carnival early though to go trick-or-treating.

I so wish this picture had turned out better. This was the ultimate house to encounter on our quest for more candy. These people had a fog machine going and they hung a sheet that played clips from Casper, MJ Thriller, Freddy etc... They had a bonfire going and the lights continually changed on their house. I thought my kids would be scared but they couldn't wait to go see all the commotion. They gave out good stuff too! Little R got hair pretties that light up and G got a squirt gun.
