It's piano recital time once again:) Because this recital fell in the month of October Little R's piano teacher allowed everyone to wear their costumes. Obviously, Little R chose to be a mermaid this year.
Standing up and announcing her piece titled, "The Little Stream". This recital was also all duets. The older kids were paired together and the younger ones were either paired with the teacher or if a parent knew how to play. I was asked if I would like to do this duet with Little R but I kindly declined, I am learning piano vicariously through Little R all over again, it's pretty fun but I'm nowhere near "duet" material yet;)
Here is half of her piece, she then went on to play an octave higher but that is on our regular video camera not my phone, sorry. But just listen to her, she is coming along so beautifully, I absolutely am loving hearing her play.
