The Before.
Just a blah entryway, nothing to write home about.
Even worse, the builder grade "bedroom" door, as I liked to call it, had faded with the sun to an ugly shade of brownish/gray. It used to be the same reddish color as the inside of the door in the pic above. Pretty bad.
The abyss (aka, during). It reminded me of that scene in E.T. when the hazmat guys come and put plastic throughout the house as E.T. was dying. But no one was dying this day, that's good.
Now THAT'S an entryway!
A closer look of my new custom doors from the front. We designed the whole thing from the color of the metal to the design of the swirls. See the two little circles in the middle? I had those put in along with some special hooks made specifically for me to be able to hang holiday wreaths (smart, right?).
It makes the front of our house look so much better! I love my new doors!
