Gingerbread Pear Upside Down Cake
I had to take a pic of the cake I made. I have never made an upside down cake in my life so this was a first. Of course it is gf/cf/sf/ef but you know what? It tasted awesome! I sliced all my lovely organic pears thin like the recipe called for but the "place them in a pretty pinwheel design" wasn't working so I started to just place them where they'd fit.
The smell through my kitchen was awesome! and we topped this lovely cake with whip topping, this one...
Completely dairy free, egg free, soy free and of course gluten free. This stuff is amazing!
So would you eat my Gingerbread Pear Upside Down Cake?
