In case you didn't know, I enjoy following fashion. It's borderline obsessive compulsive, maybe delusional at times. In any case, the last few years the GAP has struggled with their women's line of clothing, particularly their shirts (they admit this). They have fired designers, rehired designers etc... all in the name of getting their infamous name back on top. However, as a "normal" consumer, may I point out GAP, WHY you are struggling?
Exhibit A: Seriously? This shape is so unflattering and the name, "cocoon coat" is atrocious. You'll find a gazillion of these on the clearance rack.
Exhibit B: Can this top look anymore unshapely? Tears well up when I think of a woman believing this is in style.
Exhibit C: Oh dear. If I shake my head in disapproval anymore I'm going to get dizzy.
Exhibit D: This is too painful for words. Again, another clearance rack find.
GAP, you can make a darling skirt even great basic jeans but TOPS, you need to STOP! You've lost all connections with the women of today and it's bad.
